The Lord left the church a clear Commission, given in each of the four Gospels and the Book of Acts:
- Mar 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
- Act 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
A New Testament church is a going church. Our church strives to carry out the Lord’s Great Commission here in our Jerusalem (personal visitation, witnessing, the bus ministry, and our church ministries), Judea and Samaria (through church planting and evangelistic work), and the uttermost parts of the earth (through our foreign missions program). Every week, our church strives to put Acts 5:42 into practice: “And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ.”
